A peaceful pause
Evolving personhood call replay and prompts
Below is the recording and prompts from today’s gathering.
We spent our time slowing down, settling into our bodies, and exploring peace as something we can sense and return to over and over and over again.
If you’re feeling pulled by the noise of the world, this is an invitation to pause, find a little ground, and come back to yourself.
With love,
Carrie

I set a timer for 13 minutes and offered these prompts for exploration:
Write a few words about what you’re noticing in your body right now.
What am I sensing with my senses?Write from the place that knows peace—or how you return to it.
When I tune into the peaceful place within, I know…Write a few words about what helps you come back when you’ve been pulled into the noise.
What brings me back to my center?Write from a place of sensing peace.
What does peace feel like?

Exceptional framing of peace as something we actively return to rather than passively wait for. The timed prompts are a smart strucure because they create just enough boundry to explore without overthinking. I've noticed that the hardest part isnt finding peace but remembering to look for it when things get chaotic.
