Thanks to all who showed up and shared today. I offered simple reminders for both navigating these wobbly times and tapping into our own deep wisdom. We are wise beings and the guide inside KNOWS — We know what we need. We know what is worth paying attention to. We know what is a clear “yes” and what is a clear “no” etc. Being awake to and aware of this part of ourselves is a skill that can be learned and practiced. And it starts with resting, breathing, moving and connecting. So that’s what we did.
