Dear Carrie, thank you so much for this lovely session. It is always a treat to sit in your presence. My take aways: "I want to feel spacious and open to notice wonder and magic. What is essential for aligning with my intention is: do daily breathwork micro & mini practices, write morning pages, savour MAUNA=sit in silence for 11 minutes + (my favorite) connect with trees in my Nature walks/I put my hand on the tree trunk."
