Summer Clarity
And the conversation I’m having this week about relationships and resilience
Two things are on my mind this week.
One is a conference I’m participating in on Friday — From Disruption to Integration. I’ll be having a conversation about families, relationships, and the years following COVID. If you’re a curious, I’d love to have you there.
The other is summer.
Which is almost here.
And what’s interesting is that both of these things are pointing me toward the same place. Because whether we’re talking about the longer arc of the past six years or the particular intensity of a family summer — what I keep coming back to is this:
The relationship is the environment.
And how we show up in our relationships has everything to do with how well we know ourselves. Our nervous systems. The lens we bring into the room.
Which is why clarity matters. Not as a destination — but as a practice we keep returning to.
That’s what I want to keep coming back to this summer. For myself and with you.
Which is exactly why I created this year’s version of Summer Clarity.
A two-part gathering on May 29th and June 12th — plus a companion guide to carry you through the season. This is a conscious pause before it all begins. To notice. To reflect. To reconnect with what matters most before the fullness of summer sweeps us away.
Whether you join me on Friday for From Disruption to Integration, for Summer Clarity, or both, I'd love to have you.
With love,
Carrie
